Returns & Exchanges

Watch Station is committed to making your shopping experience a success. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 90 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. For added convenience, a prepaid UPS return shipping label will be provided with your shipment.

All web returns and web exchanges of WatchStation.com merchandise must be mailed to the address below (please do not use this address for watch repair service):

RETURNS

To return your unworn products for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Detach the Return Detail Form* and keep the Order Summary for your records.
  • Circle the merchandise you are returning on the Return Detail Form, enter the quantity if more than one of the same product was ordered, mark return, and indicate the appropriate reason code for the return. Reason codes are:
  • 1. Size too small
  • 2. Size too big
  • 3. Overall fit issue
  • 4. Damaged/defective
  • 5. Color faded/discolored
  • 6. Not as pictured
  • 7. Order delayed
  • 8. Damaged in transit
  • 9. Duplicate style/shipment
  • 10. General return/gift
  • Enclose the Return Detail Form along with the merchandise in a well-sealed box.
  • Attach the supplied, prepaid UPS return label to the outside of your package and ship us the merchandise*.

When processing your return, we will refund the same credit card and/or Watch Station eGift Certificate used to place the original order.

EXCHANGES

To exchange your unworn products, please follow these steps:

  • Detach the Return Detail Form* and keep the Order Summary for your records.
  • Circle the merchandise you want to exchange on the Return Detail slip, enter the quantity of the exchange if more than one of the same product was ordered, mark exchange, indicate the appropriate reason code for the exchange, and include the style number of the item you want in exchange. Reason codes are:
  • 1. Size too small
  • 2. Size too big
  • 3. Overall fit issue
  • 4. Damaged/defective
  • 5. Color faded/discolored
  • 6. Not as pictured
  • 7. Order delayed
  • 8. Damaged in transit
  • 9. Duplicate style/shipment
  • 10. General return/gift
  • Enclose the Return Detail Form along with the merchandise in a well-sealed box.
  • Attach the supplied, prepaid UPS return label to the outside of your package and ship us the merchandise**.

When processing your exchange, we will first refund the same credit card and/or Watch Station eGift Card used to place the original order, then charge you for the merchandise you are wanting in the exchange. You will be notified via email in the event the item you want in exchange for your original purchase is not available.

Gift Cards:

Watch Station gift cards may not be returned or cancelled after purchase.
If you return product originally purchased with a gift card, any refund will be returned to the original gift card.
If you return product originally purchased with multiple methods of payment, any balance owed will first be applied to the gift card, up to the original amount charged, and then to the credit or debit card.

*If you do not have your original Return Detail, please include the following information with your return or exchange: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return or exchange; and requested exchange items if applicable.

**If prepaid label is not used, we are not responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us for return or exchange. We would also suggest that all returns and exchanges be sent via a reliable carrier such as UPS or FedEx with tracking capabilities. Watch Station is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
